London under attack again (21 July 2005)

A number of small bombs have exploded in London, three on the Underground and one on a bus. This time, it seems, there was only one injury (at Warren Street station, which brings me a bit of a shiver since I was there twice on Monday evening); it is possible that the injured person was actually holding a rucksack as the detonator went off.

The explosions "used detonators only", according to the BBC.

When you get a few minutes to yourself today, please take the opportunity to pray for London. Many people's lives are being disrupted by a few criminals. (Despite the relatively minor nature of the blasts, the ramifications on the transport system are widespread, as safety precautions cut in.) Let us pray that this latest bunch of criminals are caught quickly, before they kill someone.
